ABOUT
Sterling General Construction has been in the fire and water damage repair industry for over 25 years. Repairing fire, smoke and water damage is a specialty because the damage is not always apparent.
With our many years of experience, we can detect and document any problem and ensure that it is repaired to your satisfaction while ensuring that it gets paid for by your insurance, which means less money out of your pocket.

We have worked getting property owners back into their homes from Watsonville to Napa and all points in between.

Our mission:
To provide for the property owner—who has been confronted with fire, water, wind or other property damage—the assistance that they will need to get them through the claims process, and the professional expertise, skill and execution to get their repairs done at above industry quality, and hence their LIVES BACK TOGETHER.

We are able to provide this service because of our training and experience in all the fields of construction, smoke damage, water damage as well as our expertise in the claims process. (Scroll to bottom to view our certifications.)
We not only do the repairs quickly at a high professional level, we also help you move through the claims process swiftly while ensuring all the damage is discovered so it can be repaired.
We are a fully licensed independent general contractor.
Why do we say independent? What we mean is that we are not affiliated with any other company. In other words, we are not dependent or obligated to any other company, especially an insurance company.
We work only for the property owner (you), which is consistent with state laws. When we estimate a project, we do it with an eye on what is best for the property owner and their property.
